Shipping and Returns FAQ

As of January 27, 2014, the United States Postal Service (USPS) hiked it's international shipping rates up nearly 58%.  Yes, 58%.... Due to this insane price increase, we have to raise our shipping costs on all international orders as well.  For example, it used to cost around $4.50 to send a 2.5 oz. CD to a country within the European Union.  Now that same 2.5 oz. package costs roughly $11.   This rate increase is arbitrary and depends largely upon the international destination.  For example, in some cases the rates to Canada have gone up more than the rates to the UK.  We will adjust the shipping costs according to each international order's destination based upon the USPS rates to that country. FedEX, UPS and DHL are just as morbidly expensive to use.  Please note that domestic shipping rates have gone up as well, but nowhere near the rate that international shipping has. On a related note, we cannot take responsibility for any damages incurred to international orders during shipping .

We're really sorry for the inconvenience and really wish we had another option.  We appreciate your support, understanding  and business!
